Privacy notice

LeadLincs uses account details, seller-provided business context, selected prospect information, and service activity to provide and improve the requested analysis and monitoring.

Account and service data

Authentication is provided through Supabase. Transactional authentication email is delivered through Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe; LeadLincs does not collect payment-card details.

Research boundaries

LeadLincs uses public provider-backed sources and retains evidence needed for traceability. Unsupported people, claims, and signals are not intentionally presented as facts.

Using LeadLincs in ChatGPT

When you connect LeadLincs in ChatGPT, you sign in to LeadLincs and approve access. Supabase, our authentication provider, then issues ChatGPT an access token for your LeadLincs account. LeadLincs receives your account identifier and email address from that token so it can find your workspace. LeadLincs does not receive your ChatGPT password or your ChatGPT conversation history, and it does not store the access token. You can disconnect LeadLincs in ChatGPT at any time.

Each request from ChatGPT contains only the inputs needed for that action, such as account names and web domains, a role to filter by, the name of a person returned by LeadLincs, or whether to prepare a call or an email. LeadLincs uses these inputs only to carry out the request.

LeadLincs returns information from your own workspace: your account name, email and plan; your accepted Seller Intelligence Profile; your monitored accounts; signals with excerpts from their public sources; people verified on an organization's official pages, with their titles and any verified business contact details; and preparations you ask for. Once returned to ChatGPT, this information is processed by OpenAI under OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy.

LeadLincs changes your monitored accounts only when you ask it to. A request may start a background research refresh for accounts already in your workspace. Preparations you request are saved in your workspace, like those you create in the LeadLincs app. LeadLincs never sends messages or contacts anyone.

Research and AI providers

To research the accounts you monitor, LeadLincs uses Tavily for web search, with queries containing account names, domains and role terms; Firecrawl to retrieve public web pages; Hunter to find business email addresses published for an organization's domain; and the OpenAI API to analyze public source text and to prepare outreach, using the relevant account and person details and your accepted Seller Intelligence Profile. Each provider receives only what its task needs. Payment details are never sent to these providers.

Hosting and analytics

LeadLincs runs on infrastructure provided by OpenAI (ChatGPT Sites) and Cloudflare. The LeadLincs website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits; LeadLincs adds no information that identifies you to it.

Retention and deletion

LeadLincs keeps your account and workspace data, including your Seller Intelligence Profile, monitored accounts (including accounts you remove from monitoring), research evidence and saved preparations, for as long as your account exists. It is not deleted automatically when a trial ends or monitoring pauses.

To delete your account, email support@leadlincs.com from your account's email address. After we verify the request, we delete your LeadLincs account, including your sign-in account, and your workspace data within 30 days. An active subscription must be canceled before deletion.

We keep only: referral commission and refund records, which contain amounts and internal identifiers but not your name or email, for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes; and a record that an account was deleted and when, with no identifying details. Stripe keeps its own records of your payments under its legal obligations. Information already returned to ChatGPT is held by OpenAI under its own policies.
